• Please inform us in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. There are no cancellation fees for cancellations received up to 30 days before the day of arrival.
• If you cancel later, 50% of the total price will be charged. If your cancellation is received in the last 7 days before the start of your holiday, the full amount will be charged in accordance with Italian law. These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the apartment is rented out to other guests in whole or in part.
